EC SERIES COMMERCIAL DUAL-DISCHARGE UNIT COOLERS
1. Product description:
EC series commercial dual-discharge air coolers adopt ultra-thin structure design, with air inlet at the bottom and air outlet at the two sides. The product has small installation space and is mainly used in manned processing rooms or cold room with small height size .
This series of products have the following characteristics:
● Casing: Al-Mg alloy sheet with silver powder coating (RAL7001) , it has strong anti-corrosion property and light weight.
● Evaporator end plate adopts aluminum plate, effectively protect copper tube, reduce weight.
● Double water plate design: the outer water plate with hinge structure design, convenient operation; The inner water tray adopts the flume structure of aluminum plate. The condensed water or defrosted water is directly discharged into the outlet of the outer water tray through the inner water tray.
● Coil:copper pipe φ12, spacing 38.1×33, triangle arrangement, heat transfer efficiency is high.
● Corrugated aluminum fins with hydrophilic film, fin spacing of 4.0 and 6.0mm to meet the different temperature requirements of cold storage.
● Fans:external rotor fan, fan specification φ350, working temperature -30~60℃, the number of fans 1 to 4. With high speed and low speed design, can meet different noise requirements.
● Defrosting:standard electric heating defrosting, stainless steel heating pipe are distributed on the coil tube fin and inner water plate, has a good defrosting effect.
● IP65 grade waterproof junction box and waterproof connector, the fan and heating pipe adopt independent wire box ,with better waterproof effect, high reliability.
● The outlet of the air cooler is equipped with schrader alve, which is convenient for users to detect pressure.
● Strict factory pressure test, test pressure 23bar.
● Expansion valve can be pre-installed according to customer requirements.
● It can meet refrigerant for R404A,R507A,R448A,R449A,R134a,R22 etc.

5.How to select correct evaparator:
Generally,Choose evaporator capacity=cold room cooling capacity *1.15
1.When the cold room temperature is around 0℃, select 4.5mm as fin space.
Evaporator choose=1.0*Q0
2.When the cold room temperature is around -18℃, select 6mm as fin space.
Evaparator choose=1.1*Q0
3.When the cold room temperature is around -25℃, select 9mm as fin space.
Evaparator choose=1.27*Q0
Remarks: The water defrost and hot gas defrost type are also optional.
