EF SERIES GROUND-TYPE BLAST FREEZER UNIT COOLERS
1. Product description:
EF series air cooler adopts floor type structure, which is mainly used for fast cooling processing or low temperature quick-freezing cold room.
● Casing:high quality galvanized steel with silver powder coating (RAL7001) , it has strong anti-corrosion property; The two sides plate adopt hinge structure, convenient and quick operation.
● Evaporator end plate adopts aluminum plate, effectively protect copper tube.
● Double water plate design: the outer water plate adopts angular structure, smooth drainage, no drainage dead angle; The inner water tray adopts the flume structure of aluminum plate. The condensed water or defrosted water is directly discharged into the outlet of the outer water tray through the inner water tray.
● The long air duct design with integral stretch arc has good air flow effect.
● Coil:copper pipe φ15, tube spacing 50×50 square arrangement, heat transfer area is large, heat transfer temperature difference is small, fin frosting speed is slow.
● Corrugated aluminum fins with hydrophilic film, fin spacing of 6.0, 9.0 and 12.0mm to meet the different requirements of cold room.
● Fan: operating temperature -45℃, blower type fan, equipped with more power, higher wind pressure motor, to ensure the external residual pressure, reduce the food surface wind speed, reduce dry consumption, improve the quality of frozen food.
● Defrosting:standard electric heating defrosting, stainless steel heating pipe are distributed on the coil tube fin and inner water plate, has a good defrosting effect. You can also choose hot gas defrost according to customer requirements.
● IP65 grade waterproof junction box and waterproof connector, the fan and heating pipe adopt independent wire box ,with better waterproof effect, high reliability.
● The outlet of the air cooler is equipped with schrader alve, which is convenient for users to detect pressure.
● Strict factory pressure test, test pressure 23bar.
● Expansion valve can be pre-installed according to customer requirements.
● It can meet refrigerant for R404A,R507A,R448A,R449A,R134a,R22 etc.

5.How to select correct evaparator:
Generally,Choose evaporator capacity=cold room cooling capacity *1.15
1.When the cold room temperature is around 0℃, select 4.5mm as fin space.
Evaporator choose=1.0*Q0
2.When the cold room temperature is around -18℃, select 6mm as fin space.
Evaparator choose=1.1*Q0
3.When the cold room temperature is around -25℃, select 9mm as fin space.
Evaparator choose=1.27*Q0
Remarks: The water defrost and hot gas defrost type are also optional.
